Redundancy

FirstDigital is physically redundant through multi-network connections throughout our network and our NOC (Network Operations Center) in downtown Salt Lake City. We have multi-fiber pathways terminating at our switch. FirstDigital also maintains a “N+1” redundancy policy. This means we back up every piece of equipment we deploy with a duplicate piece of hardware. This eliminates downtime due to hardware failure.
