Revenue growth and innovative customer service set FirstDigital above competitors in 2010

Provo, Utah – Jan. 11, 2011 – FirstDigital, a leading Utah telecommunications provider, was the only telecom provider in the state to win Best of State, Utah Business Fast 50 and MountainWest 100 awards in 2010. These annual awards highlight industry leading accomplishments and revenue growth for businesses throughout Utah.

Since 2002, FirstDigital’s revenue has grown by more than 500 percent. Its growth can be contributed to innovative customer feedback programs such as customers rating their service installation experience on a scale of 1-10. Any rating below a seven is addressed by FirstDigital’s senior management. Satisfaction rates are currently 91 percent after one week, 93 percent after one month and 98 percent after three months of service. FirstDigital also reduced its customer hold time from five minutes to 10 seconds while growing its customer base and without hiring more employees.
