FirstDigital, a fast-growing Fiber Internet, WAN, Voice and Collaboration provider with over 2000 fiber route miles, is looking for an Enterprise Director of Sales position to lead a team of Senior Account Executives and Account Executives focused on providing businesses a complete Data and Communications solution.

Position Summary

Lead a team of sales professionals to maximize the Value of FirstDigital’s products and service offering via our Solutions Sales process.  A successful candidate will be a self starter, a great collaborator who thrives in an Agile environment with a strong data and collaboration background who prides themselves on reliability, integrity and the ability to perform under pressure.

Skills:

  1. Proven Sales Results with the ability to meet or exceed monthly sales quota
  2. Strong Leadership skills
  3. Proficient in transaction and solution sales process
  4. Proficient in Excel, Word, PP and Salesforce
  5. Experience in selling and supporting data and Cloud Communications
  6. Strong organizational and delegation skills
  7. Detailed oriented
  8. Strong follow up skills

    4. Develop team WIG and coach team members to those WIG’s
      1. Coach to Lead measures
      2. Create and coach from reports generated via salesforce which tie with team WIG
    5. Reporting for Department based on lead and lag measures
    6. Hands on approach to helping sell business and support sales professionals with the operational and customer support needs.
  4. Cross functional responsibilities
    1. Build strong relationships with your peers on the technical and operational side the help ensure the best experience for our customers and team members.
