FirstDigital, a fast-growing Cloud Collaboration, Fiber Internet, and WAN provider with one of the largest Cisco Webex Calling and Contact Center practices in the Country is looking for a National Collaboration Director of Sales position to lead a team of experienced Sales Executives and Account Managers focused on providing Enterprises a complete Collaboration solution powered by Cisco.
Position Summary
Lead a team of Sales and Account Manager Professionals to maximize the Value of FirstDigitals products and service offering via our Solutions Sales process. A successful candidate will be a self starter, experienced is selling Cisco services, a great collaborator who thrives in an Agile environment with a strong data and collaboration background who prides themselves on reliabity, integreity and the ability to perform under pressure.
Skills:
- Proven Sales Results with the ability to meet or exceed monthly sales quota
- Strong Leadership skills
- Proficient in the solution sales process
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PP and Salesforce
- Experience in selling and supporting Cloud Communications and/or Cisco Collaboration
- Strong organizational and delegation skills
- Detailed oriented
- Strong follow up skills

- Reporting for Department based on lead and lag measures
- Hands on approach to helping sell business and support sales professionals with the operational and customer support needs.
