FirstDigital, a fast-growing Cloud Collaboration, Fiber Internet, and WAN provider with one of the largest Cisco Webex Calling and Contact Center practices in the Country is looking for a National Collaboration Director of Sales position to lead a team of experienced Sales Executives and Account Managers focused on providing Enterprises a complete Collaboration solution powered by Cisco.

Position Summary

Lead a team of Sales and Account Manager Professionals to maximize the Value of FirstDigitals products and service offering via our Solutions Sales process.  A successful candidate will be a self starter, experienced is selling Cisco services, a great collaborator who thrives in an Agile environment with a strong data and collaboration background who prides themselves on reliabity, integreity and the ability to perform under pressure.


  1. Proven Sales Results with the ability to meet or exceed monthly sales quota
  2. Strong Leadership skills
  3. Proficient in the solution sales process
  4. Proficient in Excel, Word, PP and Salesforce
  5. Experience in selling and supporting Cloud Communications and/or Cisco Collaboration
  6. Strong organizational and delegation skills
  7. Detailed oriented
  8. Strong follow up skills

    1. Identify, hire and mentor the right team
    2. Build strong relationships with Cisco PSS and AM with territories for each Sales Executives to focus on
    3. Coach and mentor to FirstDigital’s sales process
    4. Develop team WIG and coach team members to those WIG’s
      1. Coach to Lead measures
      2. Create and coach from reports generated via salesforce which tie with team WIG
    5. Reporting for Department based on lead and lag measures
    6. Hands on approach to helping sell business and support sales professionals with the operational and customer support needs.
  4. Cross functional responsibilities
    1. Build strong relationships with your peers on the technical and operational side the help ensure the best experience for our customers and team members.
